Δημοσίευση draft RTSs της European Anti-Money Laundering Authority (AMLA) και δημόσια διαβούλευση draft ITS
Στις 16 Δεκεμβρίου 2025, η Ευρωπαϊκή Αρχή κατά της Νομιμοποίησης Εσόδων από Παράνομες Δραστηριότητες (“AMLA”), δημοσίευσε:
1. Draft Regulatory Technical Standards on the assessment of the inherent and residual risk profile of obliged entities under Article 40(2) of Directive (EU) 2024/1620.
2. Draft Regulatory Technical Standards on the risk assessment for the purpose of selection of credit institutions, financial institutions and groups of credit and financial institutions for direct supervision under Article 12(7) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1620.
Επίσης, έθεσε σε δημόσια διαβούλευση, έως 27 Ιανουαρίου 2026, το Draft Implementing Technical Standards on cooperation within the AML/CFT supervisory system for the purposes of direct supervision under Article 15(3) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1620.
